We respect your personal data. Below we explain in plain words what information we collect through tnfteam.com, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

2. What we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive what you enter: full name, email, phone (optional), your preferred office and your message.

Technical data. Like any web server, our hosting provider logs basic technical details of each visit (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of request) to keep the site secure. We do not use analytics or advertising tools.

Please do not send sensitive information or tax documents through the form; we will suggest a secure way when needed.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, send you a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To keep the website secure (technical data): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your details for advertising or newsletters, and we do not sell them or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Recipients

Netlify, Inc. (USA): hosts the website and, through Netlify Forms, receives and stores contact-form messages and forwards them to us. Netlify acts as our processor. For transfers outside the EU the GDPR safeguards apply (e.g. the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).
Our email provider, where we receive a notification of each new message.
Public authorities, only where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, your details are kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object (Articles 15–21 GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@tnfteam.com. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, 1–3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not load content from third parties: fonts and map images are hosted on the site itself. That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner.

If you click on a map, Google Maps opens in a new tab; from that point Google's privacy policy applies.

8. Changes

If anything changes in the way we process your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
